Original Mandamus Proceeding

This proceeding arises out of Cause No. 17-08-24367-CV, styled R.D. Buie Enterprises Inc. dba Buie Lumber Co. v. CK Creations, L.P., et al., pending in the 38th Judicial District Court, Medina County, Texas, the Honorable Donna S. Rayes, Jr. presiding.

ORDER

On March 13, 2020, relators filed a petition for writ of mandamus. The real party in interest filed a response. We conditionally grant the petition for writ of mandamus and order the Honorable Donna S. Rayes to, within fifteen days of this order, vacate her September 13, 2019 "Order Granting Motion to Exclude Expert Witness." See TEX. R. APP. P. 52.8(c). The writ will issue only in the event we are informed Judge Rayes has failed to comply with this order.

It is so ORDERED on July 8, 2020.
