ORDER PLAINTIFFS' EMERGENCY MOTION TO COMPEL
Before the Court is Plaintiffs Patrick Roughneen, M.D., Cherie Roughneen, and Patrick T. Roughneen, M.D., P.A.'s (collectively the "Plaintiffs") Emergency Motion to Compel, filed March 17, 2022 (the "Motion"). Having considered the Motion, any response thereto, any evidence admitted by the Court and the arguments of counsel at the hearing on the Motion, and the totality of the record available to the court, the court DENIES the Motion.
IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED; ADJUDGED AND DECREED that Plaintiffs' Emergency Motion to Compel is DENIED in whole.

ORDER DENYING PLAINTIFFS' MOTION FOR PRELIMINARY FINDING
On this day, came on to be heard Plaintiffs' Motion for Preliminary Finding. The Court, after considering Plaintiffs' Motion for Preliminary Finding, Defendants' Response and the arguments of counsel, is of the opinion that the Motion should be DENIED.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that Plaintiffs' Motion for Preliminary Finding is DENIED.
