This adversary proceeding came on for trial on March 8, 9, and 10, 2021, on the Complaint (Doc. No. 1) filed by the Plaintiff, Richard B. Webber, the Chapter 7 trustee, against Hasmukh Patel, Florida Family Hospitality, LLC, and Lisa Patel (collectively, the "Defendants"). Consistent with the Memorandum Opinion entered contemporaneously, it is

ORDERED:

1. Judgment is entered in favor of the Defendants and against the Plaintiff on all Counts listed in the Complaint (Doc. No. 1).

The Clerk is directed to serve a copy of this order on all interested parties.
