Order to show cause issued; returnable in Court of Appeal, Second Appellate District, Division Eight
The Secretary of the Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation is ordered to show cause, returnable before the Second Appellate District, Division Eight Court of Appeal, when the matter is ordered on calendar, why petitioner is not entitled to relief under People v. Clark (2016) 63 Cal.4th 522, 609-623 and People v. Banks (2015) 61 Cal.4th 788. The return must be served and filed on or before July 12, 2019.
