STIPULATION AND CONSENT ORDER EXTENDING TIME FOR DEFENDANTS TO FILE ANSWER OR OTHER RESPONSIVE PLEADING


Outside the Box Solutions, Inc. (the "Defendant") and Michael G. Wolff, ("Plaintiff" or Trustee) by their respective undersigned counsel, agree and stipulate that Defendant shall have through and including August 5, 2008, to file an answer or other responsive pleading to the Trustee's Complaint for Avoidance and Recovery of Fraudulent Conveyance (the "Complaint").

Upon consideration of the foregoing, it is by the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Maryland, hereby:

ORDERED; that Defendant shall have through and including August 5, 2008, to file an answer or other responsive pleading to the Complaint.
