STIPULATION AND CONSENT ORDER EXTENDING TIME FOR DEFENDANTS TO FILE ANSWER OR OTHER RESPONSIVE PLEADING


Michael G. Wolff, ("Plaintiff" or Trustee) and Outside the Box Solutions, Inc. (the "Defendant") and by their respective undersigned counsel, agree and stipulate that Defendant shall have through and including August 26, 2008, to file an answer or other responsive pleading to the Trustee's Complaint for Avoidance and Recovery of Fraudulent Conveyance (the "Complaint") as the parties are attempting to resolve these matters without the need of protracted litigation.

Upon consideration of the foregoing, it is by the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Maryland, hereby:

ORDERED; that Defendant shall have through and including August 26, 2008, to file an answer or other responsive pleading to the Complaint.
