IN THE MATTER OF THE PETITION OF WILLIAM A. PARISI No. 598, 2002 In the Supreme Court of the State of Delaware. Submitted: November 13, 2002 Decided: November 25, 2002

Before HOLLAND, BERGER, and STEELE, Justices.

Carolyn Berger, Justice

ORDER

This 25th day of November 2002, it appears to the Court that the petitioner, William Parisi, filed a petition for a writ of mandamus seeking to compel the Superior Court to rule on his motion for postconviction relief, which he filed in the Superior Court in July 2002. The record reflects that the Superior Court denied Parisi's motion for postconviction relief on October 30, 2002. Consequently, Parisi's petition for a writ of mandamus is moot.

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that the petition for a writ of mandamus is DISMISSED as moot.
