ON PETITION FOR WRIT OF PROHIBITION TRIAL CAUSE NO. 2440161 IN THE COUNTY CRIMINAL COURT AT LAW NUMBER 16 FROM HARRIS COUNTY

ORDER

Per curiam.

Relator, through counsel, filed a motion for leave to file a petition for writ of prohibition under this Court's original jurisdiction. This Court invited responses from Respondent-Hon. Darrell Jordan of Harris County Criminal Court at Law Number 16-and the State of Texas, through the Harris County Criminal District Attorney, as a Real Party in Interest. Relator asks that his motion for leave to file a petition for writ of prohibition be withdrawn because the issue has become moot. Relator's request is granted, and the matter is dismissed. This Court's prior order inviting responses is withdrawn.
