DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION FOR REINSTATEMENT

Motion by Sanjay Kumar Pahuja for reinstatement to the Bar as an attorney and counselor-at-law. Mr. Pahuja was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on March 9, 2005. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 17, 2016, under Appellate Division Docket No. 2015-06410, Mr. Pahuja was suspended from the practice of law, nunc pro tunc to April 15, 2016, pursuant to Judiciary Law §§ 90(2) and 468-a, for failure to comply with attorney registration requirements.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.

We find that Sanjay Kumar Pahuja does not demonstrate the requisite character and fitness to practice law.
