ORDER
The Disciplinary Review Board having filed with the Court its decision in DRB 20-244, concluding that James F. Paguiligan of Toms River, who was admitted to the bar of this State in 2003, should be censured for violating RPC l.l(a)(gross neglect), RPC 1.3 (lack of diligence), RPC 1.4(b) (failure to keep client reasonably informed about the status of a matter), RPC 1.7(a)(2) and (b)(1) (concurrent conflict of interest by representing a client where there is a significant risk that the representation of one client will be materially limited by the lawyer's responsibilities to another client, without obtaining the informed written consent of the clients, after full disclosure and consultation), RPC 1.13(d) (in dealing with an organization's directors, officers, employees, members, shareholders or other constituents, failure to explain the identity of the client when the lawyer believes that such explanation is necessary to avoid misunderstanding on their part), RPC 1.13(e) (failure to secure consent to dual 1 representation of both an organization and the directors, officers, employees, members, shareholder or other constituents), RPC 1.15(a) (failure to properly safeguard the property of a client or third person), and RPC 1.15(b) (failure to promptly notify a client or third party upon receipt of funds in which they have and interest);
And good cause appearing; It is ORDERED that James F. Paguiligan is hereby censured; and it is further
ORDERED that the entire record of this matter be made a permanent part of respondent's file as an attorney at law of this State; and it is further
ORDERED that respondent reimburse the Disciplinary Oversight Committee for appropriate administrative costs and actual expenses incurred in the prosecution of this matter, as provided in Rule 1:20-17.
