MEMORANDUM OPINION


Relator contends the trial judge erred in not granting his motion for DNA testing. Based on the record presented, we conclude relator has failed to show himself entitled to the relief requested from this Court. Accordingly, relator's petition for writ of mandamus is DENIED. See Tex.R.App.P. 52.8(a).
