WRIT GRANTED; REMANDED FOR PERFECTION OF APPEAL .
The trial court's June 18, 2024, judgment denying the "Petition for Intrafamily Adoption" is a final and appealable judgment. La. C. Ch. C. art. 1259. The motions for appeal were timely and properly filed and the trial court erred in denying the motions for appeal. Accordingly, the writ is hereby granted and the matter is remanded for perfection of the appeal.s
