Summary of Misconduct:

Mr. O'Sullivan, who was licensed in 1982, was suspended for thirty days. He neglected a civil case and made misrepresentations to his client about the status of the matter. The suspension is effective on February 13, 2008.


Order of the Court:

The petition by the Administrator of the Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission to impose discipline on consent pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 762(b) is allowed, and respondent Timothy O'Reilly O'Sullivan is suspended from the practice of law for 30 days. Suspension effective February 13, 2008. Respondent Timothy O'Reilly O'Sullivan shall reimburse the Client Protection Program Trust Fund for any Client Protection payments arising from his conduct prior to the termination of the period of suspension.
