MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relator seeks mandamus relief to vacate the trial court's order on plaintiff's motion for contempt. Relator's petition is not verified and he has not shown that he does not have an adequate remedy at law. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.3; Walker v. Packer, 827 S.W.2d 833, 839-842 (Tex. 1992) (orig. proceeding). Accordingly, relator's petition for writ of mandamus is DENIED. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.8 (a).
