The petition for writ of habeas corpus is denied without prejudice as to any relief to which petitioner might be entitled as to his prior prison term enhancement after this court decides People v. Valenzuela, S232900; as to all other claims, the petition for writ of habeas corpus is denied on the merits. (See Harrington v. Richter (2011) 562 U.S. 86 [131 S.Ct. 770, 785], citing Ylst v. Nunnemaker (1991) 501 U.S. 797, 803.)
