DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated July 17, 2018, and June 22, 2021, respectively Motion by the appellants McKesson Corp., and PSS World Medical, Inc., inter alia, in effect, to stay the trial in the above-entitled matter as to them, pending hearing and determination of the appeals, or, in the alternative, to sever the appellant Rochester Drug Cooperative in the appeal from the July 17, 2018, order and to calendar that appeal for oral argument.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
