MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relator seeks mandamus relief from an order granting a motion for new trial after the jury delivered a verdict in favor of the defendant in a health-care-liability case. The trial court stated its specific grounds for granting a new trial. In re Columbia Med. Center of Las Colinas, Subsidiary, L.P., 290 S.W.3d 204, 214 (Tex. 2009). The reasons are clearly identified and reasonably specific. Id. at 215. Relator has not shown that the trial court's reasons provide no valid basis in this case, or that the trial court clearly abused its discretion. Id. at 208, 212. The petition for writ of mandamus is therefore denied.

PETITION DENIED.
