Relator, Offshore Marine Contractors, Inc., filed a petition for writ of mandamus, in this Court on March 22, 2016. On April 26, 2016, Offshore Marine filed an opposed motion for emergency relief, asking that we stay the trial, scheduled to begin on May 16, 2016.
We grant the motion and order the trial in trial court cause number CV-0073526, currently set for May 16, 2016, STAYED, pending resolution of the petition for writ of mandamus.
