IN THE INTEREST OF M.C.M. AND M.A.M., CHILDREN

On Appeal from the 366th Judicial District Court Collin County, Texas Trial Court Cause Nos. 366-53554-2020, 366-50778-2021

ORDER

ROBERT D. BURNS, III CHIEF JUSTICE

Before the Court are appellee's January 20, 2022 motions for extension of time to file his briefs. Appellee explains the extension is necessary in part, because the portion of the reporter's record he requested in each of these appeals has not been filed. Appellant opposes the motions and has filed a combined response.

We note that on January 18, 2021, we ordered court reporter Antoinette Varela to file, within thirty days, the portions of the record appellee had requested. Accordingly, we GRANT the motions and ORDER appellee's briefs be filed within thirty days of the filing of the additional reporter's record.
