MEMORANDUM OPINION

We questioned our jurisdiction over this appeal as it appeared the challenged order, the trial court's September 14, 2023 order reinstating the underlying modification proceeding, was not appealable. See Hale v. Mothershed, 715 S.W.2d 134, 135 (Tex. App.-Texarkana 1986, no writ). (noting order reinstating case is unappealable interlocutory order). At our direction, appellant filed a letter brief. The letter brief, however, addresses the merits of the appeal, not the appealability of the order. Accordingly, with nothing before us demonstrating our jurisdiction, we dismiss the appeal. See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.3(A). 230931f.p05
