Pursuant to Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 10.4 (a) the motion ruled on through this Order may have been decided by a single Justice sitting on the panel.

Before the Court is Appellant Steven Murphey's emergency motion to stay proceedings which seeks to stay all proceedings in this Court and in the trial court. The motion does not specifically state the proceedings that Appellant seeks to stay, nor does it cite to legal authority showing he is entitled to emergency temporary relief. The motion is denied.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
