Honorable Nick Catoe Jr., Judge Presiding
ORDER
Appellant filed a notice of appeal from the trial court's November 14, 2017 judgment in a suit affecting the parent-child relationship. In his notice of appeal, appellant requests appointment of counsel on appeal and that the record be provided free of charge. Appellant has also filed a Statement of Inability to Afford Payment of Court Costs, in which he asserts he is incarcerated and has no property or source of income.

We further order that any objection to appellant's claim of indigence must be filed in this court no later than ten days from the date of this order. If no objection is filed, appellant will be deemed indigent for purposes of this appeal, and the trial court clerk and the court reporter must file the clerk's record and reporter's record in this appeal without payment of costs no later than February 5, 2018.
Appellant's motion for appointment of counsel on appeal is held in abeyance and will be considered after the record has been filed.
