IN THE INTEREST OF I.A.B. AND G.N.B., MINOR CHILDREN

On Appeal from the 296th Judicial District Court Collin County, Texas
Trial Court Cause No. 296-56047-2014

ORDER

Before Justices Francis, Brown, and Schenck

Appellant Alexandra Nichole Byrd's brief in this case is overdue. By postcard dated October 5, 2017, we notified Byrd the time for filing her brief had expired. We directed her to file a brief and an extension motion within ten days. We cautioned Byrd that failure to file a brief and an extension motion would result in the dismissal of her appeal without further notice. To date, Byrd has not filed a brief, filed an extension motion, or otherwise corresponded with the Court regarding the status of her appeal. Accordingly, we dismiss Byrd's appeal. See TEX. R. APP. P. 38.8(a)(1); 42.3(b), (c).

Appellant Isolina Jones-Byrd's appeal remains pending and an opinion will issue in due course.
