No. 04-17-00161-CV

From the 224th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas
Trial Court No. 2016CI07615
Honorable Norma Gonzales, Judge Presiding
ORDER
On October 13, 2017, appellant filed a motion to reset the appellate deadlines. The motion states the clerk's record filed in this appeal is incomplete. Attached to the motion is a letter from appellate counsel who entered an appearance in this appeal on September 29, 2017. The letter, which is dated October 2, 2017, is addressed to the trial court clerk and requests the preparation of a supplemental clerk's record. It is therefore ORDERED that appellant's motion is GRANTED. See TEX. R. APP. P. 10.3(a)(1). The trial court clerk is ORDERED to file the supplemental clerk's record in this appeal no later than October 27, 2017. Appellant's brief must be filed no later than twenty days after the date the supplemental clerk's record is filed. Given the prior extensions of time granted appellant before appellate counsel made an appearance, further requests for extension of time to file appellant's brief will be disfavored.
