IN THE INTEREST OF J.T.S. AND J.R.S., CHILDREN

On Appeal from the 330th Judicial District Court Dallas County, Texas
Trial Court Cause No. DF-16-02901

ORDER

Before the Court is appellant's June 13, 2017 "affidavit of statement in support of promissory note." Appellant filed the affidavit in response to our directive that she pay or make arrangements to pay for the reporter's record. Attached to the affidavit is an email exchange between appellant and the reporter. The emails reflect appellant offered to pay the reporter's fee in installments, but the reporter found the payment plan "unacceptable." Appellant requests we appoint her counsel and "allow her to appeal her case due to the court reporter's refusal to work with her."

We construe the affidavit as a motion. In accordance with our April 20, 2017 opinion in appellate cause number 05-17-00341-CV and our June 12, 2017 order in this cause, we DENY the motion to the extent appellant seeks appointment of counsel and the reporter's record be filed without payment of costs. Appellant's amended brief remains due July 12, 2017.
