IN THE INTEREST OF A.N.S. AND J.J.S., CHILDREN

From the 224th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas
Trial Court No. 2015-PA-02243
Honorable Richard Garcia, Judge Presiding

ORDER

This is an accelerated appeal of an order terminating appellant's parental rights that must be disposed of by this court within 180 days of the date the notice of appeal was filed. TEX. R. JUD. ADMIN. 6.2. The notice of appeal was filed in the trial court on June 8, 2017. The court reporter's record was originally due on June 19, 2017. On June 19, 2017, Ms. Angelita Rangel Jimenez filed a notification of late reporter's record requesting an extension to June 30, 2017.

Although Ms. Jimenez provides no explanation regarding why she needs additional time in which to file her record in this accelerated appeal, we grant the request and ORDER Ms. Jimenez to file the reporter's record no later than June 30, 2017. Given the time constraints governing the disposition of this appeal, further requests for extensions of time will be disfavored.

Sandee Bryan Marion, Chief Justice

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the said court on this 20th day of June, 2017.
