IN THE INTEREST OF N.A.C. JR., J.A.C., AND M.I.C.

From the 131st Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas
Trial Court No. 2016PA00803
Honorable Charles E. Montemayor, Judge Presiding

ORDER

This is an accelerated appeal from an order terminating appellant's parental rights, which must be disposed of by this Court within 180 days of the date the notice of appeal is filed. Tex. R. Jud. Admin. 6.2. Appellee has filed a motion for extension of time to file its brief, requesting an additional thirty days. Because this is an accelerated appeal from an order terminating appellant's parental rights, we decline to grant an extension of thirty days. Thus, appellee's motion for extension of time is GRANTED IN PART and DENIED IN PART. Appellee's brief is due June 19, 2017. Given the time constraints governing the disposition of this appeal, further requests for extensions of time will be disfavored.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the said court on this 9th day of June, 2017.
