ORDER
Based on the Court's April 20, 2017 opinion in appellate cause number 05-17-00341-CV, we ordered Mother to file, no later than May 1, 2017, written verification she had paid or made arrangements to pay the fee for preparation of the reporter's record in this appeal. We cautioned her that failure to comply could result in this appeal being submitted without the reporter's record. Mother did not comply, but timely filed a motion for rehearing of our April 20th opinion. That motion has now been denied.
To the extent Mother may not have complied with our directive to confirm in writing she has paid or made arrangements to pay the reporter's fee because her motion for rehearing was pending, we extend the deadline for compliance. We ORDER Mother to file the requested verification no later than May 30, 2017. We again caution Mother that failure to comply may result in the appeal being submitted without the reporter's record. See TEX. R. APP. P. 37.3(c).
We DENY as premature appellant's May 11, 2017 motion to extend time to file brief.
We DIRECT the Clerk of the Court to send a copy of this order to court reporter Francheska Duffey and the parties.
