ORDER

The district clerk filed a notification of late record on May 3, 2017. Therein, the clerk advised she had not filed the clerk's record because appellant had not paid for it and was not entitled to proceed without payment. Subsequently, the clerk discovered appellant had filed a statement of inability to pay costs in the trial court. Thereafter, the district clerk filed the clerk's record. Accordingly, we DENY AS MOOT the notification of late record.
