ORDER
Before the Court is appellee's May 3, 2017 second unopposed motion for extension of time to file brief. Appellee requests a thirty-day extension, explaining, in part, that a supplemental clerk's record she requested April 13, 2017, has not yet been filed.
We GRANT appellee's motion to the extent we ORDER Dallas County District Clerk Felicia Pitre to file, no later than May 15, 2017, the supplemental record requested by appellee. We further ORDER appellee to file her brief within thirty days of the filing of the supplemental clerk's record.
We DIRECT the Clerk of the Court to send a copy of this order to Ms. Pitre and the parties.
