ORDER
Before the Court is appellee's March 14, 2016 motion to dismiss the appeal for want of prosecution. We DENY the motion.
By letter dated March 11, 2016, the Court questioned its jurisdiction over this appeal because it appeared that the order appealed was not a final order. The Court requested that the parties address the jurisdictional issue. Both parties responded and agree that a final decree of divorce was signed on April 29, 2015. Accordingly, it appears we have jurisdiction over the appeal.
The clerk's record shall be filed on or before May 6, 2016.
The Court directs the Clerk of Court to forward a copy of this order by electric transmission to all counsel of record and to Felicia Pitre, Dallas County District Clerk.
