Honorable Charles E. Montemayor, Judge Presiding

ORDER

On October 30, 2015, the trial court signed an order terminating Appellant's parental rights to his child. We granted Appellant's first motion for extension of time to file his brief until January 25, 2016. See TEX. R. APP. P. 38.6(d). On the brief's due date, Appellant filed a second motion. He seeks a five-day extension of time to file an opening brief, for a total extension of twenty-eight days.

Appellant's motion is GRANTED. Appellant's brief must be filed with this court by February 1, 2016. See id. Further motions for extension of time to file Appellants' briefs are discouraged. See TEX.
