Original Mandamus Proceeding PER CURIAM Sitting: Luz Elena D. Chapa, Justice Beth Watkins, Justice Liza A. Rodriguez, Justice PETITION FOR WRIT OF MANDAMUS DENIED

This proceeding arises out of Cause No. 19-00675-CRF-361, styled Jason Oehme v. State, pending in the 112th Judicial District Court, Sutton County, Texas, the Honorable Pedro (Pete) Gomez Jr. presiding.

On December 3, 2020, relator filed a pro se petition for writ of mandamus. After considering the petition, this court concludes relator is not entitled to the relief sought. Accordingly, the petition for writ of mandamus is denied. See TEX. R. APP. P. 52.8(a).
