Petitioner-respondent having moved to strike portions of respondent-appellant's brief on the appeal taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Cattaraugus County, entered October 10, 2023, and for an extension of time to file and serve a brief, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks to strike portions of respondent-appellant's brief is dismissed without prejudice (see 22 NYCRR 1000.7 [b]), and

It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an extension of time to file and serve a brief is granted and the time is extended to June 24, 2024.
