STIPULATION RE EXTENSION OF TIME FOR U.S. TRUSTEE TO FILE OPPOSITION OR COMMENTS ON MOTION TO VACATE ORDER GRANTING TRUSTEE'S MOTION TO EXAMINE DEBTOR'S TRANSACTIONS WITH ATTORNEY (D.E. 62) AND RESPONSE TO UNITED STATES TRUSTEE'S MOTION TO EXAMINE DEBTOR'S TRANSACTIONS WITH ATTORNEY AND OPPOSITION TO DISGORGE FEES (D.E. 61)


King Silverman, LLC, as proposed counsel for the Debtor and former Debtor-in-Possession Ekow Amankwaa Ocran, (the "Law Firm") and the United States Trustee for Region 4, by and through their respective undersigned counsel, have agreed to extend the time upon which the United States Trustee can file his comments or objections to Motion to Vacate Order Granting Trustee's Motion to Examine Debtor's Transactions with Attorney (D.E. 62) and Response to United States Trustee's Motion to Examine Debtor's Transactions with Attorney and Opposition to Disgorge Fees (D.E. 61).

The Law Firm and the United States Trustee have stipulated and agreed that the United States Trustee may have up to and including Tuesday, December 6, 2011, to file a comment, objection or other responsive pleading to the pleadings docketed as Papers Nos. 62 and 61.

WHEREFORE, the parties request that this Court approve this agreement and enter it as a Consent Order.
