AN ORIGINAL PROCEEDING IN MANDAMUS ORDER
Relators have filed a motion for temporary relief requesting a stay of trial court proceedings in this matter pending the resolution of this mandamus action. The motion is GRANTED. All trial court proceedings in Trial Court Cause No. P-7832-83-CV (83rd District Court of Pecos County) are hereby stayed pending resolution of this mandamus action or further order of this Court.
Further, the Court has determined that the above styled and numbered cause should be set for submission without oral argument. Therefore, the above styled and numbered cause is set for submission without oral argument on August 13, 2020.
