This 20th day of March 2013, for good cause shown and without objection from the Office of Disciplinary Counsel, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that John E. O'Brien is transferred to Disability Inactive status pursuant to Rule 19(b) of the Rules of Disciplinary Procedure. The January 15, 2013 Order for Interim Suspension is vacated.
