ORDER
On January 20, 2021, this Court entered an order related to JPMorgan Chase Bank NA v Erwin Properties LLC, Docket Number 351512, requiring Stacy Erwin Oakes (P61482) to pay a total of $600 in costs assessed against her or show cause in writing why she should not be held in contempt of this Court. Ms. Oakes has not paid the assessed costs. Further, her filing on February 3, 2021, in response to the January 20, 2021 order, does not articulate any sound basis for her failure to pay the assessed costs. We additionally note that, on April 27, 2021, the Michigan Supreme Court denied Ms. Oakes' application for leave to appeal this Court's January 20, 2021 order, and denied her motion for reconsideration as to that decision on July 6, 2021.
We therefore order that attorney Stacy Erwin Oakes (P61482) is BARRED from appearing before, or submitting filings, in this Court as an in propria persona party in any non-criminal matter and as an attorney for a party in any matter (civil or criminal) until the outstanding costs of $600 that she owes this Court are paid in full.
