ORDER

Elizabeth L. Gleicher, Judge, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:

This appeal filed by the guardian-ad-litem Karen Gullberg Cook is REMANDED to the trial court for the appointment of appellate counsel for the respondent-appellee father Kevin Robert Edie. Matters pertaining to the appointment of an attorney are decided in the trial court. MCR 7.208(G). The trial court shall appoint counsel for respondent-appellee Kevin Robert Edie within 14 days of this order. The trial court shall send a copy of the order of appointment to the Clerk of this Court within 7 days of the decision.
