ORDER
The Disciplinary Review Board having filed with the Court its decision in DRB 21-065, concluding that David Ryan Nussey of Haddonfield, who was admitted to the bar of this State in 1999, should be censured for violating RPC 1.15(a) (negligent misappropriation of client funds), RPC 1.15(d) (failure to comply with the recordkeeping provisions of Rule 1:21-6), and RPC 8.1(b) (failure to cooperate with disciplinary authorities);
And the Disciplinary Review Board having further determined that respondent should be required to (1) complete two recordkeeping courses pre-approved by the Office of Attorney Ethics and provide proof of completion within ninety days of the Court's order, and (2) submit monthly reconciliations of his attorney accounts to the Office of Attorney Ethics for a period of two years;
And good cause appearing; It is ORDERED that David Ryan Nussey is hereby censured; and it is further
ORDERED that David Ryan Nussey complete two courses in attorney recordkeeping approved by the Office of Attorney Ethics and provide proof of completion to that office within ninety days after the Court's order; and it is further
ORDERED that David Ryan Nussey submit monthly reconciliations of his attorney accounts to the Office of Attorney Ethics on a quarterly basis for a period of two years and until the further Order of the Court; and it is further
ORDERED that the entire record of this matter be made a permanent part of respondent's file as an attorney at law of this State; and it is further
ORDERED that respondent reimburse the Disciplinary Oversight Committee for appropriate administrative costs and actual expenses incurred in the prosecution of this matter, as provided in Rule 1:20-17.
