IN RE PAUL E. NUNU, Relator

ORIGINAL PROCEEDING WRIT OF MANDAMUS Probate Court No. 2 Harris County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. 416,781

Panel consists of Chief Justice Christopher and Justices Wise and Jewell.

ORDER

PER CURIAM.

On June 21, 2022, relator Paul E. Nunu filed a motion for emergency relief to grant permission to file notice of appeal and petition for writ of habeas corpus. In the motion, relator indicates two hearings took place, which are material to the relief sought: (1) a hearing before the probate court on June 7, 2022; and (2) a hearing before the local administrative probate judge on June 13, 2022. Relator, however, has not provided to this Court a reporter's record for either hearing. 1

By this order, the Court gives relator notice that his motion will be denied unless relator supplements his motion for emergency relief to address the record issues identified above on or before June 30, 2022. 2
