Based upon Deputy Attorney General Stacy S. Schwartz's representation that the informal response to the petition for writ of habeas corpus is anticipated to be filed by February 13, 2019, an extension of time in which to file that document is granted to February 13, 2019. After that date, no further extension is contemplated.
