MEMORANDUM OPINION


Relator contends the trial judge abused his discretion in granting a motion to strike its pleadings for discovery abuse. Based on the record presented, we conclude relator has failed to show it is entitled to the relief requested. Accordingly, relator's petition for writ of mandamus is DENIED. See Tex.R.App.P. 52.8(a).
