In light of the stipulation and order consolidating the related actions and appointing lead plaintiff and lead counsel, approved by the Court this date, the motions for appointment of lead plaintiff and lead counsel in all of the consolidated actions (i.e., Nos. 02 Civ. 3013, 02 Civ. 3297, 02 Civ. 3415, 02 Civ. 3485, 02 Civ. 3955, 02 Civ. 3993, and 02 Civ. 4234) all are denied as moot.
