ORDER

PER CURIAM.

This is an accelerated appeal of the trial court's order terminating appellant's parental rights. The disposition of this appeal is governed by the standards set forth in Rule 6.2 of the Texas Rules of Judicial Administration. TEX. R. JUD. ADMIN. 6.2. ACCORDINGLY, THIS APPEAL IS REQUIRED TO BE BROUGHT TO FINAL DISPOSITION WITHIN 180 DAYS OF THE DATE THE NOTICE OF APPEAL WAS FILED. Id.

Appellant's brief was due to be filed on September 3, 2024. On September 3, 2024, appellant filed a second motion for extension of time to file appellant's brief. We GRANT IN PART the motion and ORDER that appellant's brief must be filed no later than September 11, 2024. No further requests for extensions of time will be entertained. If the brief is not filed by such date, this appeal will be abated to the trial court for a hearing to determine if new appellate counsel should be appointed and to consider whether sanctions should be imposed against Mr. Joe Bohac for failing to timely file appellant's brief.

It is so ORDERED.
