From the 131st Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas Trial Court No. 2022PA01929 Honorable Charles E. Montemayor, Judge Presiding
ORDER
PER CURIAM
The reporter's record was originally due to be filed on July 8, 2024. On July 15, 2024, we ordered that the court reporter filed either the reporter's record or a notification of late record by July 18, 2024. The court reporter was reminded that this is an accelerated appeal of an order terminating the appellant's parental rights. To date, the court reporter has not filed neither the reporter's record nor a notification of late record.
Accordingly, it is ORDERED that court reporter Elva Chapa must file the reporter's record no later than July 29, 2024. If the reporter's record is not filed by such date, a show cause order may be issued directing Elva Chapa to appear on a day certain and show cause why she should not be held in contempt for failing to file the record. The clerk of this court is instructed to cause a copy of this order to be served on Ms. Chapa by certified mail, return receipt requested, with delivery restricted to addressee only, or to give other personal notice of this order with proof of delivery. Because "[t]he trial and appellate courts are jointly responsible for ensuring that the appellate record is timely filed," Tex.R.App.P. 35.3(c), the clerk of this court is directed to serve a copy of this order on the Honorable Charles E. Montemayor, Associate Judge of the 131st Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas.
Given the time constraints governing the disposition of this appeal, no further requests for extension of time will be allowed absent extraordinary circumstances.
It is so ORDERED.
