The motion is granted to the extent of appointing Martin R. Gold, Esq., Denton US LLP, 1221 Avenue of the Americas, New York, NY 10020, (212) 398-0406, Martin.gold@dentons.com as referee, to conduct a hearing and file a report with the Clerk of the Court with respect to the issues pertinent to the application for a finding of civil contempt and the imposition of an appropriate sanction upon Pery D. Krinsky, Esq., if any, said proceedings to be concluded within 60 days of the entry of this order. No opinion. All concur.
