MEMORANDUM OPINION


Relator, Noble Spack Associates, Inc., has filed a petition for a writ of mandamus complaining of Judge John Coselli's May 7, 2008 order that certain claims be arbitrated.

The Honorable John Coselli, judge of the 125th District Court of HarrisCounty, Texas. The underlying lawsuit is Noble Slack Associates, Inc. et al. v. Donica Slack, et al., No. 2006-77093 (125th Dist. Ct., Harris County, Tex.).

We deny the petition for a writ of mandamus. Any pending motions are overruled as moot.
