MEMORANDUM OPINION


Relator complains that the trial court has failed to act on his motion for forensic DNA testing of evidence. Relator has not filed a proper record. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.7. Accordingly, relator has not shown he is entitled to the relief requested. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.8. Accordingly, we DENY relator's petition for writ of mandamus.
