ORDER
BILL PEDERSEN, III JUSTICE
Based on the Court's opinion of this date, we CONDITIONALLY GRANT relators' petitions for writ of mandamus and DIRECT respondent, the Honorable D'Metria Benson, to:
(1) vacate her October 12, 2023 order on relators' Rule 12 Motion to Show Authority;
(2) disqualify and remove Jojo Parguian from the suit;
(3) vacate her October 12, 2023 order on relators' Objections and Plea in Abatement as to Orders Appointing Guardians ad Litem;
(4) disqualify and remove guardians ad litem for the Minor Children;
(5) vacate her May 7, 2024 Order on Plaintiff's Motion to Disqualify or Remove Intervenors; and
(6) reinstate the Paternal Grandparents as parties to the suit on behalf of the Minor Children.
We further ORDER respondent to file with this Court, within thirty days of the date of this order, a certified copy of her orders issued in compliance with this order and with the Court's opinion of this date. Should respondent fail to comply with this order, the writs will issue.
